2 Hours Each Class - Beginning and Advanced

Beginning  class 12:30-2:30, Advanced class 2:45-4:45     Class dates and topics

Everyone is an artist! An artist’s imagination and creative process simply needs to be nurtured and grown! Our classes are for students looking to experience a variety of media in which to explore and express their unique creative process while having fun investigating different techniques and approaches. We will also engage with the gorgeous landscape outside our doors for both inspiration and at times subject matter. BetteAnn will guide students through each lesson according to each artist’s ability, creative goals, and unique process. Class subject themes are based on nature and even blend a little science with them. BetteAnn brings decades of experience in the arts as well as a love of science and nature to the classroom. She has been teaching after school arts programs with Art Smarts, Inc. for three years. She received her BFA degree from Boston’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University. One of her favorite subject matters in her own art is the human machine! She loves nurturing students, introducing them to the arts, guiding them in finding their own unique creative style, favorite subject matter. Come discover the “art-smartist” in your child and you! Classes will be offered twice a month on Saturdays through June, 2016.
